TICKET REFUND – FORMULA 1 EMIRATES GRAND PRIX OF EMILIA ROMAGNA 2020 – IMOLA
Purchasers of admission tickets must follow the procedures established pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 88, D.L. 17/03/2020 n. 18, converted into Law 27/2020, as amended by D.L. n. 34 of 19/05/2020 (Article 183 paragraph 11) and subsequently by Legislative Decree no. 137 of 28 October 2020.Customers who purchased the ticket to participate in the Formula 1 Emirates Grand Prix of Emilia Romagna event, held behind closed doors on October 31 – November 1 on the official online sales platform TicketOne.it, as well as all customers who purchased tickets at the physical sales point located at the Info Point of the Enzo and Dino Ferrari International Circuit at the IF Imola Faenza Tourism Company Tourist HUB, can request a refund by filling in all of its parts the online form available at https://www.rimborso.info, attaching a copy of the ticket.
When completing the request, the customer can choose the preferred refund option, namely: a) in money by bank transfer (to the coordinates indicated by the customer in the aforementioned refund request form); b) or by issuing a voucher valid for 18 months for other events organized by Formula Imola including any Formula 1 Grand Prix for which negotiations are underway in view of the 2021 season. Tickets will be refunded for the full value of the face price shown on the same, net of presale rights and commissions applied to customers by online ticketing platforms.
Professional operators, companies, agencies and resellers who have purchased tickets directly from Formula Imola, must continue to communicate directly with the Organizer for the refund procedures intended for them.
The refund service on the page https://www.rimborso.info will be active starting from Wednesday 25 November 2020 at 12.00.
The request must be submitted no later than January 31, 2021 (except for any extensions). It should be noted that requests submitted in ways other than those indicated and in any case from the provisions of the law will not be taken into consideration.
In all cases, the cash re-credit and / or voucher issue operations will take place starting from the end of the period indicated above on January 31, 2021, to allow the processing and processing of all requests.
