Dati trattati
I dati trattati sono quelli inseriti nel form contatti ovvero dati identificativi quali nome e cognome, nome dell’Azienda, dati di contatto quali città, telefono ed e-mail personale. I dati raccolti sono solo quelli strettamente necessari all’assolvimento richiesto, rispettando il titolare il principio di minimizzazione sancito dall’Art. 5 del Regolamento Europeo.
I dati forniti saranno trattati dal titolare al fine di ricontattare l’utente come da richiesta sottoposta al titolare del trattamento.
Finalità del trattamento
I dati personali inseriti nel form di iscrizione, inviati per scelta dell’utente e volontariamente verranno utilizzati per il riscontro delle richieste sottoposte dall’utente o al fine di adempiere al contatto richiesto dal form stesso. I sistemi informatici di questo processo prevedono l’utilizzo della mail configurata in modalità da garantire la riservatezza, l’integrità delle informazioni.
I dati personali forniti, previo consenso dell’utente, potranno essere utilizzati altresì per finalità di marketing, quali comunicazioni tramite e-mail su eventi, promozioni etc.
Base giuridica del trattamento
La base giuridica del trattamento per la finalità di cui al punto a) si rinviene nell’art. 6 lett. b) del Reg. Eu. 679/2016 l’esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su richiesta dell’interessato.
La base giuridica del trattamento per la finalità di cui al punto b) si rinviene nel consenso liberamente manifestato dall’utente, ai sensi dell’art. 6 lett.a) Reg. UE 679/2016- GDPR.
Modalità del trattamento
Il trattamento dei dati è eseguito attraverso procedure informatiche o comunque mezzi telematici e supporti cartacei ad opera di soggetti, interni od esterni, a ciò appositamente incaricati ed autorizzati e impegnati alla riservatezza. I dati sono trattati e conservati con strumenti idonei a garantirne la sicurezza, l’integrità e la riservatezza mediante l’adozione di misure di sicurezza adeguate come previsto dalla normativa.
Tempi di conservazione
I dati saranno conservati in una forma che consenta l’identificazione per l’interessato per un periodo massimo di 12 mesi dall’iscrizione. Fermo restando che all’atto di revoca del consenso con la tecnica opt-out il Titolare del trattamento procedere all’eliminazione dei suoi dati.
Comunicazione, diffusione, trasferimento
I dati raccolti non saranno diffusi, venduti o scambiati con soggetti terzi senza il consenso espresso dell’interessato, salvo eventuali comunicazioni a soggetti terzi autorizzati - impegnati alla riservatezza o nel caso nominati responsabili del trattamento ex art. 28 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679. L’elenco completo e aggiornato dei responsabili del trattamento è reperibile, su richiesta, attraverso le modalità indicate alla presente informativa. I dati potranno essere comunicati alle autorità competenti, secondo i termini d legge.
Non è previsto il trasferimento dei dati fuori dall’Unione Europea.
Diritti degli interessati
La informiamo che in quanto interessato al trattamento Lei ha il diritto di esercitare i seguenti diritti:
Diritto di accesso ai sensi art. 15 del Reg. UE 20167679 l’interessato ha diritto alla conferma che sia o meno in corso un trattamento di dati personali che La riguardano e in tal caso, può ottenere, fra l’altro, l'accesso ai Suoi dati personali e alle informazioni inerenti le finalità del trattamento, le categorie di dati personali in questione, i destinatari o le categorie di destinatari a cui i dati personali sono stati o saranno comunicati.
Diritto di rettifica ai sensi art. 16 del Regolamento: rettifica dei dati personali inesatti che La riguardano senza ingiustificato ritardo integrazione dei Suoi dati personali, se incompleti.
Diritto alla cancellazione («diritto all'oblio») ai sensi dell’art. 17 del Regolamento cancellazione dei dati personali che La riguardano senza ingiustificato ritardo
Diritto di limitazione di trattamento ai sensi dell’art. 18 del Regolamento limitazione del trattamento nei seguenti casi:
l’interessato contesta l’esattezza dei dati personali, per il periodo necessario al titolare del trattamento per verificare l'esattezza di tali dati personali;
il trattamento è illecito e l’interessato si oppone alla cancellazione dei dati personali e chiede invece che ne sia limitato l’utilizzo;
benché il titolare del trattamento non ne abbia più bisogno ai fini del trattamento, i dati personali sono necessari all'interessato per l'accertamento, l'esercizio o la difesa di un diritto in sede giudiziaria;
l'interessato si è opposto al trattamento ai sensi dell'articolo 21, paragrafo 1, in attesa della verifica in merito all'eventuale prevalenza dei motivi legittimi del titolare del trattamento rispetto a quelli dell'interessato
Diritto alla portabilità dei dati ai sensi dell’art. 20 del Regolamento è possibile ricevere in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico, i dati personali che La riguardano e in nostro possesso;
Diritto di trasmettere tali dati a un altro titolare del trattamento senza impedimenti da parte del titolare del trattamento cui li ha forniti nei casi di cui all’articolo 20 del Regolamento.
Diritto di opposizione per trattamenti eseguiti ai sensi dell’articolo 6, paragrafo 1 lettere e) o f) e ai sensi dell’art. 21 del Regolamento opposizione, in qualsiasi momento, per motivi connessi alla Sua situazione particolare, al trattamento dei dati personali che la riguardano compresa la profilazione.

INFORMATION NOTICE ON FILLING IN THE CONTACT FORM ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 REGULATION (EU) 2016/ 679

Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 Formula Imola S.p.a, as Data Controller, informs users of the processing of personal data resulting from the completion of the contact form.
Data Controller and Data Protection Officer (DPO)
The data controller is Formula Imola S.p.a with registered office in Piazza Ayrton Senna Da Silva 1, 40026, Imola (BO) [email protected]. Formula Imola S.p.A. has appointed a Data Protection Officer - DPO who can be contacted at the following e-mail address [email protected].
Interested parties
Users who are users of Internet services interested in contacting the data controller and related registration in the contact form “Business Requests”.
Data processed
The data processed are those entered in the contact form, i.e. identification data such as name and surname, company name, contact details such as city, telephone and personal e-mail. The data collected are only those that are strictly necessary for the requested fulfilment, respecting the principle of minimisation enshrined in Art. 5 of the European Regulation.
The data provided will be processed by the data controller in order to re-contact the user as per the request submitted to the data controller.
Purpose of processing
The personal data entered in the registration form, sent by the user's choice and voluntarily, will be used to respond to requests submitted by the user or to fulfil the contact requested in the form. The computer systems of this process provide for the use of email configured in such a way as to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the information.
The personal data provided, with the user's consent, may also be used for marketing purposes, such as e-mail communications on events, promotions, etc.
Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis of the processing for the purpose referred to in point a) is found in Art. 6 lett. b) of EU Reg. 679/2016 the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.

Method of processing
The processing of data is carried out through computer procedures or otherwise telematic means and paper media by persons, internal or external, specifically appointed and authorized for this purpose and committed to confidentiality. The data are processed and stored with appropriate instruments to ensure their security, integrity and confidentiality through the adoption of adequate security measures as required by law.
Retention periods
Data will be stored in a form that allows identification for the data subject for a maximum period of 12 months after registration. It is understood that upon revocation of consent with the opt-out technique, the Data Controller will proceed to delete your data.
Communication, disclosure, transfer
The data collected will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third parties without the express consent of the data subject, except for any communication to authorized third parties - committed to confidentiality or in the case appointed as data controllers ex art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The complete and updated list of data processors can be found, upon request, through the modalities indicated in this information notice. The data may be communicated to the competent authorities, according to the terms of the law.
The transfer of data outside the European Union is not envisaged.
Rights of data subjects
We inform you that as a data subject you have the right to exercise the following rights:
Right of access pursuant to Art. 15 of the EU Reg. 20167679 you have the right to confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, you may obtain, inter alia, access to your personal data and information concerning the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed.
Right of rectification under Art. 16 of the Regulation: rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay integration of your personal data, if incomplete.
Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) under Art. 17 of the Regulation erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay
Right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 of the Regulation restriction of processing in the following cases:
the data subject contests the accuracy of personal data, for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests instead that its use be restricted;
although the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, the personal data are necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim;
the data subject has objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1), pending verification as to whether the legitimate reasons of the controller prevail over those of the data subject
Right to data portability Pursuant to Article 20 of the Regulation you have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data we hold about you;
Right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller to whom you have provided them in the cases referred to in Article 20 of the Regulation.
Right to object to processing carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) or (f) and pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation to object, at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you, including profiling.
