European Le Mans Series 4h of Imola

The European Le Mans Series (ELMS) returns to Imola for an unmissable weekend at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo and Dino Ferrari. One of the most prestigious events on the calendar, this competition represents the true essence of endurance racing, with a mix of prototypes LMP2 and GT3 Gran Turismo cars will put on a show on one of the most technical and iconic tracks in Europe.
Endurance back to Imola
Affiliated with the Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO), the ELMS is the perfect championship for drivers and teams aiming to compete in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans. Six four-hour races, on circuits selected for their complexity and technical challenge, make this series the ideal testing ground for top drivers, engineers and manufacturers.
The ELMS offers an engaging format with a rich programme of events and activities for the public.
The experience is not limited to the track thanks to a non-stop animation with:
- Pit Lane Walk, to see the cars and teams at work up close.
- Autograph Session, to meet the star drivers.
- Grid Walk, to experience the thrill of departure from a unique perspective.
The ELMS represents the soul of endurance racing, a mix of speed, strategy and endurance that fascinates drivers and fans from all over the world. The Autodromo di Imola, with its history and technical track, is the perfect stage for this endurance event.
A weekend of adrenaline and entertainment
- The cars hit the track for free practice sessions, where the teams can test their strategies and make any final adjustments before the race.
- Bronze Driver Collective Test, a session dedicated to Bronze drivers, essential to gain experience and familiarise themselves with the circuit before qualifying.
- Qualifying, the teams compete for the best grid position, with separate sessions for each category: LMP2, LMP2 Pro/Am, LMP3, LMGT3.
- Race – 4 hours of pure adrenaline where strategies, reliability and driver talent will be put to the test on the legendary Imola track.
