Imola, 9 April 2025 – Adrenaline on track, but also spectacle, music, culture and entertainment for young and old: all this will be the FIA WEC 6 Hours of Imola 2025, scheduled from 18 to 20 April at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo and Dino Ferrari. After the great success of the 2024 edition, the event comes back even richer and more involving, turning into a real festival of motorsport and Made in Italy.
The event, the second leg of the FIA World Endurance Championship 2025, will feature 13 manufacturers divided between Hypercars and LMGT3, with a parterre of stellar drivers including our own Antonio Giovinazzi, Antonio Fuoco, Alessandro Pier Guidi, Raffaele Marciello and the eagerly awaited Valentino Rossi, in his second season in the category. And again: Robert Kubica, Kamui Kobayashi, Kevin Magnussen, Sebastien Buemi and many other iconic names from the world scene.
But the real novelty this year is the family, festive and urban dimension of the event. Not only races at the highest level, but also an immersive experience absolutely to be lived. For the entire duration of the event a spectacular Fan Zone will be active at the Autodromo, ready to welcome spectators of all ages with a wide range of attractions:
- Entertainment for children and families, with games, animations and educational activities
- A free Ferris wheel to enjoy a breathtaking view of the circuit
- Stands of car manufacturers and major sponsors, with engaging displays and activities
- A stage with live music, DJ sets and driver interviews
- Extensive food & beverage offer to enjoy the best of Italian and international street food
- Driving simulators
- Dinner in the Sky, the restaurant 50 m above the ground for a truly unique experience.
On Friday 18 April at 8 p.m., to make the atmosphere even more magical Gué, one of the most popular and influential rappers on the Italian music scene, will take the stage. Free admission for Friday WEC ticket holders or season ticket holders including Friday’s day.
The 6 Hours of Imola 2025 is part of the official calendar of the National Day of Made in Italy (15 April), an occasion to highlight Italian excellence in industry and motorsport. The link between the race and the city will be strengthened by a series of events involving the historic centre:
- Official presentation of the riders in Piazza Matteotti (Thursday 17 April).
- Thematic exhibitions dedicated to the history of motorsport, including the ‘Angeli di Imola’ exhibition and the Gresini exhibition.
- Free shuttles will connect the circuit with the centre on Saturday and Sunday, making mobility easy and sustainable.
- Show car
Imola will thus be transformed into a great open-air stage, capable of uniting sport, culture, music and passion in a single experience.
