IMPORTANT NOTICE – FORMULA 1 TICKETS REFUND

EVENT QATAR AIRWAYS GRAN PREMIO DEL MADE IN ITALY E DELL’EMILIA-ROMAGNA SCHEDULED FROM 19th to 21st MAY 2023

Following the cancellation of the 2023 edition of the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Grand Prix of Made in Italy and Emilia-Romagna, the refund arrangements provided for customers who purchased tickets to the event are described below. Tickets purchased on the web sales sites Imolagpf1.ticketone.it (also through Monzagpf1.ticketone.it), ticketone.it as well as at the Call Center 892.101, ACI/Automobile Club points of sale and at TicketOne points of sale, will be reimbursed for the full value of the front price shown on them. However, postage and fees charged directly to customers by the TicketOne ticketing platform operator will not be reimbursed.

  1. Ticket purchasers through Internet sales sites and call centers: Imololagpf1.ticketone.it (also through Monzagpf1.ticketone.it), ticketone.it and through TicketOne call center 892.101

Customers in this category can opt for one of the following reimbursement methods:

Monetary Repayment

Those who wish to receive a monetary refund of the ticket by re-crediting the amount to the same payment instrument originally used for the purchase should NOT make any request to obtain a refund in this mode.

As of next June 20th, TicketOne will automatically cancel, on behalf of ACI Sport, tickets purchased for the event and arrange for the amount to be credited back to the same payment instrument used by the customer for the original purchase order.

Reimbursement By Voucher

Only those who wish to receive reimbursement through the issuance of a voucher will necessarily have to submit a request for reimbursement according to the procedures at https://www.rimborso.info/.

It will be possible to submit the reimbursement request via voucher starting from May 30th 2023 and no later than June 14th 2023. Once this deadline has passed, it will no longer be possible to request the issuance of the voucher and therefore TicketOne will automatically proceed with the monetary reimbursement.

The voucher will be valid for 14 months from issuance, to be used, at the customer’s choice, to purchase tickets for events organized by ACI Sport in the aforementioned time frame (GPF1 Monza 2023 or GPF1 Imola 2024) on the Imolagpf1.ticketone.it, Monzagpf1.ticketone.it and ticketone.it platforms.

For those who choose voucher reimbursement, TicketOne will, by June 19th 2023, transmit the voucher to the customer’s account.

  1. Ticket purchasers through outlets that are part of the ACI/Automobile Club network and TicketOne

Customers in this category can opt for the following reimbursement methods:

  • Monetary refund of the ticket with re-credit of the amount by bank transfer to the bank details given by the customer;
  • reimbursement through the issuance of a voucher valid 14 months from issuance to be used, at the customer’s choice, to purchase tickets for the events organized by ACI Sport in the aforementioned time frame (GPF1 Monza 2023 or GPF1 Imola 2024) on the ticketone.it, Monzagpf1.ticketone.it and ticketone.it platforms.

Starting on May 30th 2023, an online form will be made available at the following link https://www.rimborso.info/ through which the customer can exercise his or her option; the form must be completed no later than 14/06/2023. After this deadline, no type of refund will be possible.

Those who choose reimbursement by voucher, must include their e-mail address in the aforementioned online form so that TicketOne can, by June 19th 2023, forward the voucher to the customer.

Those who choose monetary reimbursement, must report in the aforementioned online form the bank details so that TicketOne can provide, as of 20th June 2023 to cancel, on behalf of ACI Sport, the tickets purchased for the event and arrange for the re-credit of the amount by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the customer.

Those who have purchased tickets through professional operators and resellers, that is, through sales channels other than those listed in items 1 and 2, should refer to the latter to learn about the methods and procedures they have adopted for refunding tickets to their customers.
