The Gran Premio Nuvolari is an international regularity event for historic cars competing from 14 to 17 September. Departure and arrival in Mantua, in Piazza Sordello.
Along a route of 1,130 km between the wonderful central-northern regions of Italy and their evocative panoramas, the crews will cross Lombardy, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Tuscany and Umbria regions.
Modern Gran Turismos and 275 historic cars belonging to 49 automotive manufacturers will take part in the event, from the Italian Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Lancia, Ferrari and Fiat, to the English Jaguar, Aston Martin, Bentley and Triumph, from the German Mercedes, BMW and Porsche to the French pursangs designed by Ettore Bugatti. More than 100 pre-war cars (manufactured from 1932 to 1939). The presence of numerous cars from the 1950s is also significant. There will be 150 participants who will race the Grand Prix with cars from the Ferrari, Jaguar and Porsche brands.
On Sunday 17 September the crews will return to Mantua. The path will reserve for them the last challenges, decisive to decide the final winner. Starting at 7:00 am from Rimini, the gentlemen drivers will compete with the much feared time trials in Meldola, then passing through Faenza, guests of the Alpha Tauri Formula 1 Scuderia, with a stage on the track in Imola, inside the famous Autodromo of Formula 1 Enzo and Dino Ferrari, where the cars will battle in further timed challenges.
